As part of zoning reform, the Planning Commission will examine every property in Philadelphia to see if its zoning needs to be changed. This is called remapping.

Northern Liberties is among the first areas to be remapped.

Next week brings the first two public meetings. The Planning Commission will take input from residents and business owners on specific remapping concerns and preferences.
