​​This week Mr Tom is back with special guest assistants to Light up Northern Liberties!
We’ll be using recycled plastic bottles, paint, and gels to create an elaborate chandelier for the Community Center window. And there’s Pizza!

Participants should wear clothes that are appropriate for getting messy
and having a good time.
