Open Enrollment under the Affordable Care Act has begun for this year.

State Rep. Mike O’Brien is holding an information and sign-up event at the Northern Liberties Community Center (N. 3rd & Fairmount), this Saturday, November 15.

Health care navigators will be on hand to help with signups.
