Then, the Citizen’s Planning Institute – a project of the city’s planning commission – is teaming up with Fishtown Neighbors Association for a free workshop on the new Zoning Code. Tuesday, July 31, 6-9PM, Fishtown Rec Center (Girard and Montgomery).
