City Harvest plot tending. Self-scheduled.

Mid-April: City-Wide All Parks Workday
Any number of volunteers needed for jobs throughout neighborhood.

April-Mid- June: Liberty Lands Flea Market Planning
One volunteer to organize vendors and collect table fees. Self-scheduled.

Mid-June: NoLibs Music Festival
Eight to ten volunteers needed to help setup, run, and cleanup.

May thru October
Plot tending and harvesting. Self-scheduled.

Mid-May: Love Your Park Day
Any number of volunteers needed for jobs throughout the park.

May thru October
Two to four people needed to water park trees. Ideally done weekly; self-scheduled.

May thru October: Weeder’s Club
Any number of volunteers needed to help weed in the morning with coffee, donuts, and dirt. Once or twice a month.

September thru October: Fall Festival Planning
One to two people to organize the Fall Festival. Self-scheduled.

Late October: Fall Children’s Festival
Eight to ten volunteers needed to setup, run, and cleanup.

Mid-November: Love Your Park Work Day
Any number of volunteers needed for jobs throughout the park.

November-December: Parade of Spirits Planning
Three to four people to organize the Parade of Spirits. Self-scheduled.

Mid-December: Parade of Spirits
Eight to ten volunteers needed to setup, perform safety duties, and cleanup.

May Plant Sale – Volunteers Needed

The Plant Sale is one of the NLNA’s biggest fundraisers. If you can’t help out, do plan on stopping by for your window-box and Mother’s Day flowers!

Day-After Sale (first Sunday of May)
Up to five volunteers needed to cashier and cleanup.

One to two people needed for cleanup

Present Wrapping (Friday before Delivery)
Up to fifteen volunteers needed for secondary wrapping, organization and staging of presents for delivery.

Delivery (Saturday)
Up to fifteen volunteers needed for food organization, deliveries, cleanup.
